Next is Iliana Incandela (3:30PM-4:15PM) and R3 Bros, the area's Newest Italian American sensation (4:30PM-6:30PM). | Mangia Hoboken! will celebrate the food & culture of Hoboken, NJ with a guided walking tour focusing on the world class Italian food establishments that have been in business for generations. Highlights of the tour include Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop, home of the 'Cake Boss', the hit series seen weekly on TLC. One of Hoboken's wholesale Italian bread bakeries will be featured as well as two makers of hand made, fresh mozzarella cheese. The tour has at least eight food related destinations. There will also be stops at points of local historical interest such as the site of Frank Sinatra's boyhood home. Tours will depart Saturday afternoon from the Hoboken PATH station. The tour is about three hours in length and the $40 cost includes all food samples. | |||

| Starting with the Garden State Jazz Orchestra (12PM-12:30PM) and shortly after it is Longtooth (12:30PM-2:30PM). Along the way it's Krystal – Hoboken’s Own Rock Band (3PM-4:45PM) and Chiclettes (5PM-7PM). Later on it's the Annual Grape Stomp Contest (7PM-7:30PM) and Jersey Sound (8PM-9PM). Ending the night will be the Fireworks Extravaganza (9PM-9:25PM) followed by Jersey Sound (9:25PM-10PM) | |||

| Sensei Howard Turoff, the former head of the martial arts program at the Hoboken YMCA, teaches Goju-Ryu karate every Wednesday evening (weather permitting) from 7 to 9pm in Elysian Park. Everyone is welcome, no previous experience is required nor is any type of equipment or uniform. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a positive attitude. | |||
